P&G’s Old Spice campaign is a textbook example of what the entire company should be doing. The problem is that the entire company isn’t doing it. Check out Mr. Clean’s Twitter stream, for instance. Mugshot Monday - “All Day I Dream About Coffee” coffee mug with Snow Shoe Brew by Peace Coffee
Dig this coffee mug. Bought it at Seward Coop last year, but they no longer carry it! I know. But then I was able to get it special ordered at Bibelot, because they carry other items by Now Designs. Gave that one to my cousin for Christmas — she said she must have one after I posted a pic of it to Instagram. There is a boy version in blue, but it’s not as awesome.
Also, the painting in the background matches my shirt!

Interesting post on the Pinterest.com logo design process — the new logo was launched May 3, 2011. This was the paragraph written about the image above:
It was uniquely easy to get a good undersatnding of the Pinterest audience. The whole site is a giant dynamic moodboard for its users (if only every project could have that luxury!) We agreed that the previous logo was already a start in the right direction, and that keeping with a script logotype was appropriate. But there are an infinite number of voices a script can have.
That’s a solid collection of scriptishlu awesome logos. Michael Deal and Juan Carlos Pagan helped with the new logo. It’s a good read.
